Our busy Christmas Holiday

Emily at her Holiday Concert- December 14th Here she is with her Concert Choir, she also sang in the High Schools Women's Choir as well.

After the concert we celebrated Aunt Jenny's 37th birthday.
The weekend before Christmas we made and decorated some Christmas cookies.

Santa left his bell behind and a letter to the children.
We started our Christmas opening gifts with the children from Santa. Then Grammy and Grandpa came over for breakfast and we opened again. Finally we all finished getting ready and went to Nanny and Pop's for the rest of the day.

This Christmas was not the best for Joey he has a really bad cold. Christmas Eve we were at the Pediatricians getting a nebulizer treatment and chest x-ray. Thank goodness the chest x ray was negative for pneumonia but we have to continue the nebulizer treatments at home.

After about an hour after these pictures were taken our Christmas Tree FELL OVER. And is now in the trash!.... (it was an old hand me down artificial tree...) Now we get to decorate another one all over again

Thanksgiving 08

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We did. We started the day off by going to the Doyle's :) Yes we had to eat two turkey dinners but it was worth it to be able to be with our families. Unfortunately we did not have Maddie this year for Thanksgiving. After the Doyle's we went to the Fiorucci's and had a great time. I had myself some wine that made me forget what time it was. Not so bad to finish off the night.

Turkeys for Thanksgiving

This evening I made Turkey cupcakes for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I saw the idea when I was clipping coupons a few weeks ago. Sofia and Joey did not want to leave them alone and kept taking their beaks and feathers.

Maddie is a Junior Girl Scout

This is Maddie's second year of Girl Scouts. Last year she was a Brownie and over the summer she Bridged to a Junior Girl Scout. Here she is proudly showing off her vest.

Emily's Football Cheerleading Banquet 11/20/08

Emily had her Football Cheerleading Banquet this past Thursday, November 20th, 2008. She cheered for Varsity Football this past Fall, is cheering for Varsity Basketball this

winter and is on the school's Competitive Cheerleading Squad as well. Unfortunately I was only able to get a few pictures at the banquet since I got there so late because Mark had to work late. Here Emily is with two of her good friends and her Coach.
